We recently sold my house in Hitchin. We had previously heard good things about this agency and we were not disappointed. We had an initial meeting with Nick at the office and were impressed with his understanding of the local market, his professional appearance and general communication skills, all of which gave us confidence to proceed. Through the sale, his advice on market conditions, pricing and viewing feedback was second to none. Despite a first sale falling through, (buyer withdrew), we persisted and ended up selling at somewhat more than the advertised price, which I can put down to his selling and negotiation skills. His team, which were also involved with our sale, conducted themselves with similar professionalism, which can only reflect on Nick’s management and leadership skills.
