Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role for a Saturday Viewing Guide, based in Hitchin. The Saturday Viewing Guide will be responsible for coordinating viewing guides, engaging with potential buyers, providing relevant property information, and representing the values of Wellington Evans. The role involves excellent communication with clients and work to ensure a positive and informative property-seeing experience for prospective buyers.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Basic understanding of the property market and a willingness to learn about local real estate trends.
- Organisational and time management skills to schedule and oversee multiple property viewings on weekends.
- Professional and polite demeanour, with the ability to represent the company’s values during client interactions.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail, ensuring all property viewings run smoothly.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to travel to property locations during work hours.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to the varying needs of clients and the business.
