  • Carry out professional property viewings
  • A detailed referencing of all of the potential tenants (Right to Rent check)
  • Ensure that the preparation and signing of the tenancy agreements and associated documents is completed
  • Provide a rent collection service
  • To ensure the property is maintained to the appropriate level, we carry out the property inspections and supply a full report
  • If needed, we organise and oversee any repairs and maintenance that the property may need
  • We carry out an inventory check before and after any letting and can arrange for any replacements if required

Rent Collection Only Service
Commission Fee = 10% + VAT (12% inc. VAT)

Tennant Find Only Service
Commission Fee = One Month’s Rent + VAT
