Discreet marketing
Moving home can provide a dilemma for many of us, either by trying to find that often elusive home to buy first, or to strengthen our buying position by selling beforehand.
Our discreet market option is a low-key approach to property marketing intended specifically to resolve this problem. Properties held on our Discreet Register are not advertised, we do not erect a for sale board. Instead, notification of your property’s availability is passed discreetly to carefully selected buyers who have already indicated their willingness to wait for the ‘right’ property. Many of these buyers might be living in rented accommodation and are therefore able to offer a flexible timescale.

Out of area selling
For past and present customers we are able to offer an out of area selling service. We have been asked several times to act on the sale of a remote second home, surplus rental investment or probate sale.
